You run the practice. We handle the pixels.
Whatever you practice, your website should meet people the way you would: calm, clear, and easy to say yes to.
No deck, no pitch, no obligation.
The problem
Most practice sites are not bad. They are organised the way the business is organised, rather than the way the person arriving actually thinks.
A slideshow where the answer should be
A rotating stock photo, a line of welcome copy, and nothing to do. The question the visitor arrived with goes unanswered in the one place they are guaranteed to look.
Everything you offer, named the way your trade names it
Twelve identical tiles in alphabetical order, whether they are treatments, classes or products. Finding the right one means already knowing the vocabulary, which is the thing the visitor came to learn.
A phone number in the footer
The action the whole site exists for is the smallest element on the page, three scrolls down, and only on this one page out of nine.
The same practice, organised around the visit
Navigation named for what people came to do. One clear action on the first screen. What you offer grouped by the outcome someone wants rather than by your internal name for it, and the ask repeated wherever somebody is ready to take it.
That is a structure problem, not a decoration problem. Changing the colours does not fix it.
